Shuai Jiao (Chinese Wrestling), Top world class Shuai Jiao referee with 40 years experience.
(Day will mostly consist of SSK revision, with last 2 hours led by Rob for basic throws/takesdowns and counters to stop someone throwing you whilst free sparring / or defending yourself ! – members who book full day online in advance get £10 discount) SSK Developement and Revision Course

BRITISH SANDA SQUAD TRAINING (3:00pm – 6:00pm last Sat of the month.)
Venue: K2 LEISURE CENTRE CRAWLEY RH11 9BQ (in matted martial arts studio)
SSK members ask David or Pete for more information. Training led by Paniko and Nick Evagorou. GB Squad coaches.
(Nick is a former Olympic Bronze medalist from Beijing and Bronze medalist from the 2015 World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia.)
Kit: shorts/ T shirt , sparring kit (16oz gloves, headguard, groin guard, skipping rope, – bag gloves and focus pads if you got them, ) water bottle and towel.
