What to Expect:
Friendly mixed ability class with many family members training.
Class starts with warm up and stretching; Basic MA techniques and drills. Break for beginners at 1 hour, then devided into groups led by Black Belts concluding with free sparring based on your ability.
(Senior students are taught weapons)
San Shou Kuan is a full member of the BCCMA (*Official UK Chinese Martial Arts Governing body). Coaching staff are DBS registered; completed or completing Safeguard coaching requirments.

Bio – About the instructor (Sifu):
Kevin Harris 2nd degree Black Belt. A lifelong love of martial arts – Introduced to Judo as a young child, Kevin then trained in several well-established styles … Shotokan Karate, Lau Gar Kung Fu and Tai Chi – and also the associated traditions of Mindfulness & Meditation, Chi Kung and energy-work.
Kevin competed in full contact kickboxing, he achieved his Wu Shu Kwan Black Belt over 30 years ago where he trained and taught classes for adult and children for many years (including a successful class at the University Of Cambridge) and more recently, San Shou Kuan (the founding of which Kevin was involved in).
