San Shou Kuan is predominantly a combative striking art that teaches the student explosive kicking, powerful punching techniques (Punch, chop, elbow, knee and kicks) and takedowns used in Sanda.

Friendly mixed ability class, mostly adults with some family members training.
Class starts with warm up and stretching; Basic MA techniques and drills. Break for beginners at 1 hour, then devided into groups concluding with free sparring based on your ability.
( Sanshou / Sanda can resemble Muay Thai [ Thai Boxing ] from sparring perspective, but SSK also includes traditional class training and self defence techniques plus Senior students are taught weapons here )
Jake Fitzpatrick 5th degree Black Belt and Elena Fitzpatrick 3rd degree Black Belt. Jake been teaching kickboxing for over 30 years, producing over 50 Black belt students. This is a family friendly club of martial artists, who are renowened destruction specialists with Wu Shu Kwan. They have 2 children who are also Black Belts. <Top of page <<Local Classes
