San Shou Kuan is predominantly a combative striking art that teaches the student explosive kicking, powerful punching techniques (Punch, chop, elbow, knee and kicks) and takedowns used in Sanda.

Traditional class for adults and youth, incorporating basics for beginners and and advanced weapons techniques for seniors with 6th degree Black Belt Sifu. Bio – About the instructor (Sifu):

Peter Kennedy is co-founder of San Shou Kuan and the Chair of Tokei Martial Arts; the UK’s largest martial arts centre.  He has been actively involved in martial arts for nearly 40 years and has been teaching martial arts since 1981. During the 1980/90s he competed in Kick Boxing, Thai Boxing and knock-down Karate at National levels; he also holds boxing coaching qualifications.  He is as passionate and enthusiastic now as he was nearly 40 years ago when he started all things martial.
